Tchi Farm has 112.7 acres of organic cashew, 10 acres of orange, 5 acres of soursop, and 10 acres of banana plantain.
In order to venture into the production of High-Quality Cassava products (Garri, flour, Atekeh,etc ), Tchi Farms envisages to cultivate 1,500 acres of cassava farm. Currently, it has 12.5 acres of high yielding cassava nursery.
